These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by Industria Automotive. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you fully understand your rights and responsibilities when engaging with us.

‘The Company’ shall mean Industria Automotive. ‘The Customer’ shall mean a person, or company which initiates receipt of goods or services.
Call Out Terms
For all call out and roadside jobs, The Customer must call The Company immediately on 07713 958398. Email response may be delayed.
The Customer should have their current location and tyre size to hand. If The Customers vehicle has locking wheel nuts, they should ensure the key is present. There may be an additional charge if The Company has to remove these without the correct keys.
As soon as The Customer has made their payment for their roadside assistance the job will be confirmed and go live with The Company. Help will be on it’s way as fast as possible.
Please note, ALL payments are NON REFUNDABLE should you cancel for ANY reason.
Wheel Bolts Disclaimer
When new or replacement wheels are first fitted, The Customer of the vehicle is responsible and must torque the wheel nuts according to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations. These details are included in the owner’s handbook and vehicle documentation.
After approximately 30 miles or 50 kilometres have been driven on the new tyres, the wheel nuts must be checked and, if necessary, retorqued to the same values as before.
Not every car will have the same torque requirements, however. Different makes of vehicle will require different amounts of torque to tighten their wheel nuts properly and avoid causing any damage.
Price
All prices quoted by Industria Automotive are subject to confirmation at time of purchase. The Company reserves the right, by giving notice to The Customer at any time before accepting the goods, to increase/ decrease the price. Price changes may reflect any increase in the cost to The Company due to any factor beyond control (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour or transport, materials, or other costs of manufacture). Price changes will occur relative to different quantities or specifications for products which have been requested by The Customer, or failure of The Customer to give adequate information or instructions. Prices are quoted including VAT. Removed parts will be disposed by Industria Automotive. Disposal will be in accordance with current environmental regulations and legislative requirements – a fee may be charged for this service.
Payment
Payment in full is required on completion of the work and prior to the removal of the vehicle from the premises or roadside once agreed. Account holder Customers who have been formally granted credit through our application form are required to make payment at the end of the month of which the invoice was issued.
Returns/Exchange
Subject to your statutory rights, once fitted to your vehicle, a tyre, or any other part cannot be exchanged once you have left the premises. Subject to your statutory rights, it is not possible to offer refunds after purchase for any parts that have been used on your car. If you believe that a tyre is faulty, The Company will offer you the option of purchasing a replacement while the original part is sent to the original manufacturer for analysis. If the manufacturer confirms that the product is faulty the cost of your replacement purchase will be partially or fully refunded, depending on the conclusion of the manufacturer analysis.
Liability
Whilst Industria Automotive ensures the utmost care and attention is taken, there can be incidents where damage could occur to your wheel or car. The Company cannot be fully liable for such instances, and they will be dealt with as such at The Company’s discretion. Industria Automotive shall be under no liability in respect of any defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, or negligence. No claim will be accepted by The Company regarding damage/loss of locking wheel nut keys, bolts, threads, centre caps, hubcaps or other parts involved in the replacement of any wheel. It is the sole responsibility of The Customer to ensure they have received back any locking wheel nut keys following any service. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the wheel nuts are in complete working order and fit for purpose. Any damage, whether incidental or not, will be the responsibility of the customer, unless it is otherwise proved that the technician acted in a negligent manner. Any current existing damage to the vehicle will be noted by the staff performing the services in the first instance. Damage can include marks/damages to the wheels, tyres, bodywork, etc. It is the responsibility of The Customer to immediately notify staff whilst the vehicle is in situ if they are aware of any such occurrences.
When choosing tyres vehicle manufacturers recommendations should be followed, it is the vehicles owner’s responsibility to do so. Original equipment (OE) is recommended. The number of tyres fitted at a given time at the completely discretion of the customer. It is strongly advised that all four or a pair of two tyres should be changed at the same time for all vehicles. Due to vehicle transmission sensitivities, it is strongly recommended that tyres on 4×4/SUV/AWD vehicles are renewed in identical sets (same size, make, pattern, load index/speed symbol). The company does not accept any responsibility for vehicle technical issues arising from changing tyres.
When carrying out wheel alignment services the company does not take responsibility for any damage incurred due to seized parts and any instances which mean that the service cannot take place.
The Company accepts no responsibility for unforeseen delays within the services offered.
Data Protection Regulations
